Please Read Before Submitting the Form

To complete your admission, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Submit the Rs. 1000 Registration Fee to the following Easypaisa account:
   0318-7653199 — Altaf Uddin

2. Upload the payment screenshot in the form.
   (Screenshot is mandatory for seat confirmation.)

3. Upload one recent passport-size photo
   (Required for your ID card and official record.)

4. Once you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation message approving your registration.

Only after completing all the above steps, your seat will be officially confirmed.
