Student Rules & Regulations – Corvit Systems Peshawar
Code of Conduct
All students must maintain discipline and respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.
The following behavior is not acceptable:
- Disrespectful behavior
- Missing classes without reason
- Using offensive language
- Wearing inappropriate dress
- Any immoral or illegal activity
Violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary action or expulsion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly banned:
- Smoking or tobacco use
- Theft or attempted theft
- Damaging institute property
- Fighting or abusing others
- Using foul or offensive language
Admission Policy
Students must provide required documents at the time of admission.
Admission requirements may include:
- Passport-size photographs
- Academic documents
- Completed admission form
Fee Policy
Course fees must be paid according to the institute policy.
- Fees are payable after demo classes.
- All fee-related matters are handled only at the reception office.
- If a student wishes to repeat the same course, the full course fee must be paid again.
- All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Student ID Card Policy
Student ID cards are issued at the time of admission.
Students must:
- Carry ID cards during classes
- Present ID cards when required
- Return the ID card after course completion
Agreement
By enrolling in any course at Corvit Systems Peshawar, students agree to follow all institute policies and regulations.
